Carat Bong version 1 and version 2 can no longer be synchronised.
Only Version 3 and the 10th Anniversary can be synchronised for concerts.
You may still bring older versions if you don’t mind them not being synced.If you’re planning to purchase one:

Please note: SEVENTEEN may remove some songs from the Incheon's setlist for their Asia stops, as they did during their USA stops. This is completely normal and has happened in past tours as well.

We have compiled these information (officially announced by Pledis on Weverse and questions asked by CARATs and answered by LiveNation Singapore) required for all CARATs to know beforehand!
If this is your first time hearing the term "CARAT ZONE", here's what it is!
CARAT ZONE is an official event brought to CARATs by the company. Only CARATs who own the global membership can participate in CARAT ZONE.
Just by showing your ticket, identification document (passport/identification card/driver's license) and your membership card (digital or physical card) allows you to collect a randomised photocard of SEVENTEEN.
If you are lucky, you may even draw the LUCKY card (Vocal Unit / Hip Hop Unit / Performance Unit / SEVENTEEN). With the lucky card, you will be able to exchange it for the photocards of members in that unit or even the entire group!

You are required to bring:
Concert ticket for the day of your visit
Physical ID card (Singapore CARATs, SINGPASS IS NOT ALLOWED. Please bring your NRIC, Driver's License OR Passport)
Mobile OR Physical Membership Card
The above membership cards are the only ones that you can use to participate in CARAT ZONE.
Older versions of the membership cards cannot be used for CARAT ZONE.
Please ensure that you have the latest version of the membership card.
Ensure you "Save for Offline Use" before you arrive at the concert venue so you do not have to battle for internet connection at the venue.

Do not screenshot or take photos of your concert tickets, identification documents and membership card as images WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED for participation. This means that you will not be able to collect your CARAT ZONE if you provided the required items IN PHOTOS. Please bring physical copies and take good care of it!
Physical, Print-At-Home and e-tickets are allowed to be used to present and collect CARAT ZONE.
CARAT ZONE will be given on a first come first served basis and there are only limited stocks available!
Name on ticket DOES NOT have to be your name. However, PLEASE ENSURE THAT THE NAME ON YOUR MEMBERSHIP CARD TALLIES WITH YOUR IDENTIFICATION DOCUMENT.
You can only collect once on each concert day. Collection is only allowed for the day of concert.

If you are worried about your name on the membership card not tallying with the identification documents, please email in to Weverse directly. Keep the email as a back up just in case you are not allowed to collect CARAT ZONE.
CARAT ZONE's photocards are given out at random, hence you can trade them on the spot with all other CARATs who have collected their CARAT ZONE.
Please be respectful towards all members. Even if you did not pull the member you want, do not overreact and act negatively. Be considerate of all the other CARATs around you.
Bring a piece of paper and marker for easy trading.
